Phone and Email Scheduling

Every journey begins with one single step. I invite you to contact me directly at (630) 220-9811 or amandawhite@mindbodybalancetherapy.com to schedule a session. If you do not reach me immediately, leave a message on my confidential voicemail, including your name and phone number. I will call you back within 24 hours. If you leave a message on the weekend or a holiday, I will contact you the next business day. It is recommended that you schedule a 90-minute session for your initial consultation.

Availability

After listening to the needs of many, I’ve intentionally expanded my office hours to accommodate those who need early morning or late evening appointment times. Due to the high demand for later afternoon and evening hours, it is recommended that you schedule weeks ahead of time to ensure you get the days and times that work for you.

Free Phone Consultation

It’s important to me that you find a therapist who is a good fit for your needs. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what you’re looking for in a therapist, what challenges you’d like to address in therapy, how we might work together and to answer any questions you might have. This initial conversation will give me an idea if we’re a good fit and if you can benefit from working with me. If not, I’ll help you find a therapist who better suits your needs.

Making the choice to begin therapy is an act of loving kindness towards yourself. My role is to provide you guidance and support around that courageous choice.
